UMG League/Ladder is BETA

UMG is proud to announce we are in the beta stages of setting up the UMG League/Ladder. We are still looking for individuals with web developing skills in the areas of php and mysql code. We are also looking for artistic web developers and individuals who are good with SEO. If you would like to help either send me a line on the forum or PM me(bob). The different gametypes are not set in stone and the official rules have not been established, so if you would like to contribute that would be greatly appreciated.

New Poll 

Due to the overwhelming response for Unreal Tournament 3 on the last poll, UMG will undoubtedly be hosting servers for it. A new poll has been created for the different known gametypes that you want UMG to host for on UT3.

New/Moved Servers

Due to some issues with the Invasion and TAM server they had to moved to a new system, unfortunately this means new IPs as well, 69.12.92.104:7777 is the Invasion server and 66.90.117.8:7777 is the TAM server. The good thing is no levels or experience were lost in the move for the Invasion server. On a more positive note, UMG welcomes two new servers for Unreal Tournament 2004. We have added a Trials server which is a featured modification of the Assault gametype and an Instigib CTF server. This is a memorable ICTF server for all oldies who played, as The Bunny Hut is Back! As always, an up to the minute list of all the UMG Servers are on the Server List.

 Network/Server Update

I have added a new network to UMG. The network has 5 major backbone connection, so pings and packet loss should be good. I have also added some new hardware, all of which are multi-core based systems with 4GB of memory. The other servers and network with remain up. You can test the new servers at this IP= 67.159.44.90:7777. It is currently another 32 person Torlan server, this may change though. Let me know how you like the new network.
