This video http://www.xfire.com/video/128e3/ is of boingyman using the glitch after he was specifically told not to by several players in game, and warned that I would be vid-capping and reporting it.
I originally posted this video http://www.xfire.com/video/12509/ of xeanderthal using the same glitch along with a discussion about it on the UT3 subforum, note that xeanderthal was not warned beforehand in any way, while boingyman was so repeatedly. Sorry for using that other subforum for the glitch report, I didn't notice this one untill after I posted. |

Sorry, but I cant really handle recording much faster. Plus it takes up A LOT of space before its compressed at higher rates
Please admins, this one is spreading fast, either do something about it or pronounce it legal so I don't have to worry about recording it so much. |

Flying the manta in reverse....
Have you see how the manta is built? The little fan thingys on the wings?
I honestly don't believe this is a "glitch" or "exploit".
Someone come spec & record me today, I want my 15 seconds of fame too. I'm totally trying this out.  |

Why would flying the manta in reverse even remotely be considered an exploit?  You press down, it goes in reverse, no different than any other vehicle.
To do this, you have to hold down and a direction, jump, and spin your camera in the opposite direction. How is that even remotely normal for something that is essentially a hovercraft. Does spinning your camera the opposite direction magically cause the magnetically impelled fans to spin incrementally faster?
This is no different than the flying scavenger exploit that was fixed in the last patch. |

This one is quite amusing, I have to agree.
It's a glitch guys. No ifs, ands or buts about it. This is everyone's warning. Don't use this glitch again or we're going to start meting out punishments.
