If you have been banned from one of the UMG servers, and feel that your ban is unjust, please read the following.

For a ban to be lifted, UMG requires the following information from you.

1. Player screen name
2. Server you were banned from
3. Admins name that banned you
4. Your IP address
5. The date, and estimated time you were banned
6. The reason you were banned
7. Information relating to your appeal for this ban to be lifted

The admin that placed the ban on you will respond to your appeal. He will present you with the actual reason why you were banned and any information/evidence obtained against you. That admin will then inform you of his decision as to the length of the ban, or if it is removed all together.

We ask that you be truthful about your situation for reasons that more than one admin may have been present on the server at the time of your removal.

* The old ban list was purged, since it was getting full of out of date bans.
