6. I have no idea, i just joined, after the server kicked everyone, then i was permabanned
7. I'm guessing he or she banned an IP block and I got caught up in the raid. I personally haven't done anything to require a ban. I have been accused of botting but anybody that specs me knows there is no way in hell i bot

I was aliasing as Paradise, and you were banned because we were trying to figure out who was crashing the servers. After a crash, which you were in spec during, you joined the game and said "lol". Though not enough to say "Hey, you're the hacker." I did find it suspicious. And I do believe that the crashes did stop after I had banned you.

Omni and I think a Webadmin were on at the time so they can put their perspectives in. For now the ban stays.

With all due respect, laughter is a natural stress reliever and should not be considered "suspicious" in and of itself.

wrong, your issues are under strict investigations, there are many testimonies and actions that affirm you were crashing the server, until further investigation you are banned.

bio and neurus can come up here and place their testimonies it would be greatly appreciated.

Anger would have been a much more appropriate stress-reliever for a situation that had happened multiple times, even though it may not be the best in a normal situation obviously.

Yes I was there when the server crashed a couple times. I noticed it crashed right after I head shotted you Rory. I'm not saying it was you rory that was crashing the server but I did notice that the server has been stable since the ban has been placed.

BTW i must tell that it crashed one time you went to spec after that 1 second later it crashed again.

Hey no sweat guys, I merely LOL'd because it was crashing as I spec'd and figured I would join to try to get a round in or two before it went south. Give it a few days I guess, unban me and see if it happens again if I join. If it's my client or my connection, I'm prob SOL *shakes fist @ RR*and will leave you guys alone. No hard feelings.

So is this issue considered closed then? As enjoyable conversations are I'd like to keep ban issues between the one that's been banned, those attempting to resolve it and those who've witnessed or are providing information.

If someone doesn't mind update this post to let me know if the server has since been stable, I'll uninstall and reinstall the game maybe my client is hosed.
