Its an outdated bus anyway. Those looking to upgrade their computers are much better off looking for a PCI Express solution. I tried to hang on to AGP 3 years ago when I built my current computer. But now I look at it today and I'm glad I didn't. I can just load up any brand new video card in it without a problem today and they'll almost definitely work at full force.

Not gonna miss it. It was time to move on, ATI/AMD just doesn't think so yet.

Yeah my AGP aint cutting it anymore, and will goto a PCI Express board this summer. It was good while it lasted and got me through some rough times.
Was thinking about going AMD, but we'll see what the 'weather' is like when I build my new system. I know Intel has the upper hand, at the moment.

You'd do well to wait, World. Sometime in Q3-Q4 Intel's gonna pump out new Nehalem boards and CPUs. You'll be looking for either Socket 715 (Nehalem without onboard memory controller) or Socket 1366 (Nehalem WITH onboard memory controller) depending on how much you wanna spend.
