| im having a bit of a problem, imhaving a bit of a problem, on thursday i had 144 ping now im getting 250+ pings i dont know what to do. |

Reset your modem (unplug for a minute, plug back in). If that doesn't work, use tracert or DSLReports.com to check your packet loss/jumps.

The webadmin console I think. It's an engine cache flush command. It can help sometimes.

| ok guys apparently the problem comes from a backbone up in the us (verio enrouting), today i had a nice ping a bit sloppy but good, things are coming back to normal. |
