Post good games/stories here.
Heres a start: An ONS game on Sunday 7/20/2008.
My team lost the first two games but we managed to push each game into overtime both times. It was hilarious taking down their last node with one assault gun bullet about 40 times.
They had over 8 minutes left in both games and could not convert either one into two points.
Finally we won the third and fourth matches to win the game 4-2

I had a game recently that made me think about the all star/high score/200 club thread. Back when a lot more people still played this game (the full version.../crysalittle), I liked playing in games where a lot of players reached that score level, good balanced games on maps like dawn or occasionally dria.
Anyway, the point was brought up in another thread about spawnkilling to stat ***. Another reason not to spawnkill (more than necessary, obviously don't let a bunch of guys grab avrils and kill you) is that you can actually score higher/have a more successful game if you don't. Case in point - 500 pph game: http://ut2004stats.epicgames.com/matchstats.php?match=39434048 _________________ [22:14] B: well f*ck me then

Anyone remember the KoNA vs Divine game?
dear lord that was some amazing ONS.... no game before or since has ever rivaled it.
watching six perfect players on each team... fighting with completely different team styles... the back and forths on dria were EPIC.
core to core swings in under a minute... the ENTIRE MATCH.
it was unbelievable to watch... and i doubt anything like it could ever happen again. |

| Was Divine those european dudes? I scrimmed with a couple of them a couple times. Don't remember their names, think they were bros. Did not see that but I'm sure it was incredible, some people took this game to a level that just blew my mind. |

| Here's another classic match between some classic teams that ST just posted up. I don't know about ST's, "Greatest ONS eva" assessment, but still some good stuff. Kona vs Divine was prob better - 6 man link train on Torlan prime ftw. |

that's exactly what I meant when I said this:

dria usually sucked to pub and wasn't that great the times I scrimmed it. never matched it but I'm guessing that the percentage of games that have some back and forth battle (beyond taking and retaking the prime node repeatedly) are few and far between. _________________ [22:14] B: well f*ck me then

I watched that dirt, it was okay. Watching smurf pull together a +22 net in a manta on prime was pretty solid, and I loved seeing ST complain about getting killed by tree campers when he had the tank and being told to cry more noob by a spectator.
honestly, the torlan match bored me. maybe I was watching the wrong players, but it sucked. and prime is prime. clearly far from best ever. _________________ [22:14] B: well f*ck me then
