Before any claims are made be sure you have proof. This can come in the form of a screen shot, demo recording, or even a audio recording. If you feel that one of the Rules of Engagement have been broken let us know, it helps to make our servers that much better. Also, when making a claim tell us know the server you where in and the time it happened at.
