Interesting article... If chips are at 4GHz today, these chips will run at 4000GHz, or 4THz.
That's pretty quick. I wonder how many fps we'd get UT3 with this technology in the CPU and GPU? My guess is that they won't need as much cooling either, but I'm not sure how hot high-pulse lasers get. Laser memory might be a good place for them to start.. much simpler than a CPU/GPU.
