Also, for kick voting, you need more than half of the server to vote to kick you, so one or two d-bags can't vote you off dude...
And well, nothing against the admins because they do a fine job, but you'd need about 30 admins to keep all the botters and crashers off of the server. Not to mention bastards like TK who proxy and change GUIDs to mask themselves. I don't play on UMG every day (a lot less lately, actually), but more than half the time the server gets crashed by douches anyways.
