For those of you who seem to have slept through English class:
~ "you're" is a contraction of "you are," and used as follows, "You're a good player."
~ "your" indicates possesion, and is used as follows, "I like your new gaming PC."
~ "yore" means time and days past, like "In days of yore UT2k4 servers were the most populated in the world."

the plus side to this is that you can identify the nerds who call you for your grammatical error and laugh at them =)
an alternative is to use "yer" anytime you want to use either word.
